LEL - When does registration start?

I spoke to Mel on the phone last night.
I didn't think she wanted to let LEL riders into the YH until 13.00 to give the helpers a chance to set everything up.

Now I read chris is registering at 12.30.

I don't want chaos or confrontation and I have been instructed to obstruct the portals until 13.00.

Registration times are, according to my entry confirmation, 13:30, 14:45 and 17:00.
