This week I'm supposed to be 'tapering' before the M24 on Saturday; I think a gentle memwns ride counts.

Tom, I'm unavailable tomorrow night. On the advice of Smoky yacfers I won't be doing any rides home from London for the next few weeks as the route goes right through Stratford. Apparently it's going to get busy in that area.

I'm not out this Wednesday. Have a leaving do I feel obliged (although don't want) to go to.
Might cycle home on Thursday night out through Epping but won't be setting off until 6.30 if you fancy OD?
