marginally OT - but having looked at these, I went back to the 'official' site (www.paris-brest-paris.org), and got sql error messages when I tried to look at any of the 2007 photos. A big pity if such a resource has been lost, but perhaps they're just in mid-upgrade or something.

The official site is now PBP2011; the link we had to the 2007 pics is indeed to a site that's no longer there

Maindru are just the 'official' photos - there were lots of other contributors. Besides, it's the direct link that's so convenient - having lots of disparate sources removes one of the key advantages of the web.
