Not accurate enough to mean anything at all.  It really would be better if they didn't have the silly power numbers.

220 - age is good enough.

Do daily sessions of 1 hour at 75%, then once a week, do a FLAT OUT 20 minutes ( riding as far as possible, not max HR ) following a warm-up of 1 hour at 66%.

Everything will sort itself out.
