Some great pics of Cav's Sky bike here

Goldilocks:
Pretty sure Mark at 5'9'' uses a 52cm equivalent frame, so not bonkers small for a pro his size seeing as he's got munchkin legs. If anybody remembers the sprinter Paolo Bettini (who was around 5'6'' tall), he used a 49cm frame and Contador at 5'10'' sits on a 53. Therefore the rule seems to be that if you are very fast and get paid to race a bike, use a frame suitable for an average mortal who's 3 inches shorter.*

*I know. It's more scientific than this.

Doosh:
Why does moving the battery to the seatpost save weight, surely he'd have to carry it no matter where they fit it?

I guess that inside the seat post it’s protected from the elements so they do away with the battery casing and use the seat post to perform that function.

Biggsy:
The battery could be protected with only a thin plastic film, but it won't need a bracket inside inside the seatpost.  It can't interfere with aerodynamics there either.  It's a matter only of a very few grams, but they pay attention to every gram.
