Pork cheek recipes

I'm not a huge meat cooker/eater, I don't normally eat pork unless it's bacon and rarely go for 'offaly' stuff.
However, my foodie friend persuaded me to try some when we were in Copenhagen and since then I've been totally hooked. I love they way they melt in the mouth, not like pork at all!

So I was just about to put in a bumper bacon order from our local-ish porkery when I saw the cheeks...

Does any one have any good pork cheek recipes?

Have a look at 1080 and The Silver Spoon, they are full of recipes for the more unusual cuts of meat (or unusual for us).

Hang on one sec and I'll have a look in my copies of those books.

Ooh yes, I recall one - long slow braising - was on a food program a few months back fronted by (among others) Jay Rayner. Damned if I can recall it's title tho - and I never did find a source of pig cheeks either. Well not locally through a butcher anyway.

Edit - it was on Channel 4 and it was a pork cheek ragu recipe...
