Control Times

I really fancy giving this a go. Thank fully there is plenty of notice to enable training to start now.

I have read its 116 hrs almost 5 days, and I understand that the route is not confirmed.

I tried to use the Control Times Calculator unsuccessfully.

What are the Max and Min speeds?
Is there a control time’s list available?

Thank you for your help in this matter.

1418   18/07/2012 07:16   21/07/2012 06:10

First column is contol distance, 2nd is control opening time, 3rd is control closing time

I've not put anyting in to correct for it being  a BRM event, so it gives about 2 hours extra on the official time by the last control.

Is the 12kph minimum going to be used for all the early controls on LEL? Long events often stipulate a faster time for early controls then relax the pace later on (the final several controls all being based on 12kph overall). I can't remember if this was the case on LEL last time, though.
