Looks a bit odd but they all look alike in a ditch

It's got lots of brakes hasn't it? I wonder how they're all actuated - having one of those discs gripping a bit harder than the other would be "interesting"

looks like the front V off the RH lever, the 2 rears discs off the LH lever

It used to be quite common practice to have a rear drum brake retarding only the one drive wheel. I'm reliably informed* that it wasn't all that exciting.

I think all the tandem trikes built by Longstaffs now have discs on both rear wheels. They advised me to go for rear discs if I was going to use my solo for heavy touring.
That ebay trike must have cost a fortune, new.
