What a Monday night tea: bubble and squeak and baked beans. I don't think there's a better way of using up the leftovers from a roast. Just don't come anywhere near me, right?

I used to like B&S. Seems to be a common component of a full breakfast round here

Ah yes, made with left over roasties and sprouts from the Sunday Roast. Yum.

theres a greasy spoon in the middle of borough market (saarf lunnon) that does Bubble & squeak & bacon rolls. They're handily placed for one of my clients' offices and just perfect for a pre-meeting breakfast
Loverly..
