Mixed Use Tyre Recommendation

I’ve just stripped down the gravel bike that has been loitering at the back of the garage for 2 years (yes, it’s embarrassing).  The aim is to make it a bit more sporty and to be used for hilly audaxes with a bit of off road.

Can anyone recommend a 700c tyre in 35-40c width that will be reasonably quick on road but could do the odd bridle way.  The rims are tubeless ready but I’ll probably run them with tubes.

Schwalbe G-One Allround. Barely slower than Marathon Supremes on-road, and can cope with a bit of mild off-road too.

Id suggest taking a look at Challenge Gravel Grinders (called Chicanes in narrower, cyclo-cross sizes).
