Returning to normal MEMWNS service here is a proposed route for the Witham Peloton to the Vine, overall shorter than usual but expect a 9pm arrival for refreshments.

It's only a proposed route, if you want to propose an alternative feel free, but if it goes via TMNH the new Mrs Sister Carol may revolt and go direct to the Vine  :demon:

I should be able to head back up on the proposed route towards Coggeshall after Braintree and meet up with the peloton.

Currently we have the Viper on 30th Jan and Prince of Wales on 6th Feb. As I can't make the 30th Jan, could I request a change to the order, making it:

30th Jan - Prince of Wales - Stow Maries
6th Feb - The Viper - Mill Green

I'll be out tomorrow, and looking forward to Tomsk's synopsis of the science of sleep deprivation as applied to the Audax rider ...

Will you be asking questions afterwards?  ;D

Annoyingly I also have lurgy or Kazakhstan as my auto correct tried to say. Gutted as could have come along and been home at a reasonable time.

Just for clarity, if there are any undeclared absences this evening due to having contracted post-Epiphany blues lurgy or Kazakhstan, and you intend to come along then the currently uninfected among us at the Vine reserve the right to go up to the Minstrels' Gallery and refuse entry to anyone showing signs of elevated temperature levels and a face of sweaty disposition...........although how that could be determined from our usual arrival appearance at the refreshment venue I'm not sure yet.....

Oh, by the way, I'm not around for the next two weeks after this evening.  We shall, REAL LIFE TM permitting, be caravanning around the northeast including jibersland.  If everything goes according to plan the caravanning will be done in our new home on wheels.

I intend to join the peloton at Spa road tonight.

I'm hoping to join, either at Spa if I'm early enough or at the junction of Avenue Rd and Newland St. on your way out of Witham otherwise.
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

My attendance just became extremely unlikely due to our company conferencing system catching the lurgy so I need to be on hand to nurse that.  Don't wait up....

So many dropouts from the weak easterners ...

I'll be along, aiming to arrive at the Vine just before 9.
