I nearly forgot to say thanks to those who came up with suggestions for the camera I was looking for, cutting time very short, I called in to currys (I think) at 3.45, they close at 4.30 typically there were two people looking for the same thing and they were bloody slow, anyway with the clock now ticking and people not getting out of the way, I decided to pop in to Argos next door, I know, only top of the range stores for me
any way they didn't have much to offer so back to curry's and now with just 15 minutes to spare I spied a Panasonic Lumix TZ19 on offer from 180 something down to 145 so I grabbed that, the time on the till receipt is 4.25pm five minutes to spare
but a life time of misery avoided
shes very happy with it, which means I am quietly getting a new set of wheels for my bday, parts being bought now, so result all round
