It's an odd choice of payment system, and it's most likely a hooky copy.  His ebay feedback is very out of date, could be a hacked account.

The disc pictured looks nothing like the disc I have (blue) that is a genuine NT 2008 version.

Thanks to the fine chaps of YACF, I have sourced an alternative version of this product through an even less orthodox channel  :D

Bit late I know, but to answer the OP

It's probably genuine, but probably worthless as the 2 licenses have almost certainly been used.

Without the license codes, it's just another mapping program (and not a very good one at that) which you can play with on the PC but cannot upload to the GPS.

Better off with Metroguide which is unprotected + Metrogold/whizz hack to make it auto-route.
