That was a really nice surprise, that walk, and I was so pleased to be able to do six miles on my poorly foot!  I almost dare to think it might get better!  My chest was well behaved too, hurray.

We didn't get rained on and that viaduct is a thing of loveliness.

I had a meeting in Coalbrookdale today and left early on the basis that a) it was sunny b) I'd rather kill time there than in Brum and c) I was assuming there'd be some sort of feat of engineering to be pottered around.
