Goal ~ To get my weight down to around 70 Kg (11 st) again, and to be able to look myself in the eye when wearing lycra and standing in front of a mirror.

Weight lost so far = 13.4 Kg. Weight left to lose in order to reach my target = 2.8 Kg.

Want to get down to 15st (95kg) - thats nearly 5st to lose   :-\ Or a nice round 30kg!    :o

Weight lost so far = 17.5 Kg. Weight left to lose in order to reach my target = 12.5Kg.

2007 has seen me move from being on my feet in a lab all day to a desk job. Combined with a 'lazy' year on the bike I have watched my weight go from 75.5kg to 82.7kg. I'm aiming to get back under 76kg in 2008 (and do more miles)
