Great video, and I had forgotten how pretty Essex can be on a good day 
Glad the C.O.R. was appreciated by Michelle - makes for variety, and there is also a surprising range of scenery in Essex, from the chalk heights with long views, to the more intimate prospects of the Stour and Crouch vales, lovely coastal stretches too and some urban glitz [Clacton] and grime [Dovercourt] too. Lots of tourist hot spots too: Audley End featuring in the video and a nice bit of the Owls Hill Tea Room in Terling, with cyclists outside enjoying type #1 fun [cake].
