Usually much the same. I use a multivitamin a-z one but I cannae remember the name, it's a generic one that's advertised on tv.

Although "generic" in the pharmaceutical sense means unbranded, which would make TV Advertising a bit useless.
It's worth having a chat with your doctor about it all, after doing lots of research. It's not a case of just bunging a load of stuff into your body and it'll all have a positive effect. For example, Vitamin E has been linked to increase in lung cancer:
