6:20 leaving Cosham library and 8pm at the pub.

Joined by Mr Chinn this week - this time with his beer lager head on - plus Mr Stainton-Ellis and a newby to the whole 'riding through dark lanes with beer coursing through your system' thing, Richard Priddy.

A shorter ride out to the pub due to 2 visitations but very pleasant nonetheless and a return to Pompey via Crooked Walk Lane as a different way of getting over Portsdown Hill.

I'm disappointed that my plans to ride with you lot have been shot to pieces.  My work schedule has seen a number of my overnight stays on the southcoast being cancelled.  The upside has been that I have done more of the Essex mid-week rides than I expected.  We were out last night hooning along the Flitch Way to Great Dunmow for a superb curry - top fun.

My next overnight stay on the southcoast is 25th November so fingers crossed.
