Hardest 60 km I've ridden for many a year, the weather was biblical, the wind reducing the majority of the field to grovelling at 5-6 mph on the flat, and spiced up with driving 'Peter Kay' rain; that fine rain that wets you through.
60 kms in 3.5 hours, and I'm proud I managed that!
