After doing intervals this morning...
« on: 13 August, 2013, 09:42:59 am »
..I find that I am dropping things and I'm extra clumsy.  Obviously my legs ache some what but my hands are seemingly ok.  Until I try and put the toothpaste on the shelf etc etc

I am guessing that I have run low my bodies supply of stuff that oils the correct operation of motor movements

well no-one can accuse you of not trying hard enough!

I sometimes have the shakes after a hard TT, but have never had anything similar after turbo-ing.

Yep, I've had that. I had assumed it was a combination of tighter muscles and less useable energy for them to burn.

I used to train in the evening - at least I could crash on the couch if affected.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is...

Your central processing unit might have some 'dry joints'. Take yourself back to where you bought yourself and get an exchange unit.
