Frame id?

I have a Rory O'Brien track frame circa late 1950's I think. I know that other builders made his frames but does anyone know who might have made this one? The BB has a grease/oil nipple. The frame was last resprayed over 30 years ago by a car body shop so it's coat hasn't worn well. I am going to get it re-enamelled by Mercian later on this year.
