Am thinking of ordering a Paris-Brest from a patisserie (Patisserie Leila) in Stokes Croft, Bristol. Anyone else fancy a Paris-Brest for the (rainy) weekend? I could ask them to make up a batch on Friday, to be bought on Saturday. (They do the best macaroons, too.)

Do they deliver?

And they really know their stuff; the praline filling and the pastry are both better than in the one I ate in France.

The one in France did miraculously turn the afternoon around, mind.
