Well the boss has mentioned that magic phrase 'garden leave' again since as of friday i have no lab and no office till somebody finishes building both. He's off to speak the BIG boss man.

Well i've got Monday off and the weather looks good so an extensive foray into the Trough of Bowland looks on the cards

A pity someones had the bright idea of ordering a porta-~~loo~~ cabin for use as an office till mine's ready.....ah well

The snowdrops, and a few crocuses, are out around the city walls. And the daffs are going to burst into cheerful sunshine-y yellow-y goodness any day now.

I suppose I had to console myself after losing the fight between the Fatbirds online ordering system and my high-maintenance reject-everything-and-lock-self-down-despite huge-credit-limit credit card.

Funnily enough I had exactly the same problem with fatbirds, but I phoned them and they were able to take the card over the phone and give me the same offer price as on the website.
The glow in the dark pomp looks like a great bike. If I had the guts to try a fixed that is the colour I would have gone for

Yep, still going, BUT the repair/workshop bit is run by Broadribbs. For various reasons I shall post in the reviews section - when I get the bike that is already a day late - they seem a tad disorganised.

Thanks. I think I've made a good decision. Here are pictures. It will take a rack and mudguards, so I won't need to use the LHT as a commuter.
