Respraying a Brompton

Has anyone had it done?  Is it necessary to remove the hinge pins, or do you just leave them as they are?  If they're removed I believe the hinge has to be reamed and oversize pins fitted  :hand:  Likewise, I assume the rear triangle can simply be unbolted* and the plastic washers removed, but the bronze bushes left in place as long as the sprayer masks them?

Argos said they'd never done a Brompton but they had done Moultons - not really the same thing at all.

*usually involves drilling out the bolts since they're Loctited in place, but that's quick enough
Hard work sometimes pays off in the end, but laziness ALWAYS pays off NOW.
