Taking my van for an Mot yesterday and saw a lady with a little one in a Cross bar seat. Two kids cycling along and one unfortunately on a scooter all making their  merry way along.

Later on saw an older gentleman on an similar aged bike in a full on poncho in the rain

Both of these lifted my spirits immensely

Cross bar/top tube seats seem to be making a comeback around here, which is nice.

I saw one a couple of days ago that was fitted with a wind shield.

Another one in the period over Christmas so no idea what day it actually was.... Monday maybe.

Anyhow driving home from work and a good few cars ahead I can see what looks like a cyclist indicating with their right leg. Approaching traffic clears and Dad with kid 2 attached via a trail gaiter move off, followed by kid 1 on what looked like a drop bar isla bike with Mum cycling at the rear.

Cheered me immensely to see another family out cycling and they even seemed to have got the trail gaiter holding the bike straight
