I know Monmouth Coffee, which is on Monmouth St - they're very good but I don't think they do gift packs as such.

H R Higgins in Duke St, opposite Selfridges, also do mail order from their roastery in N Yorks.
By appointment to the Queen, but in the 30 plus years I've been going there, never seen her there.
