Help me out here team. I have all the ingredients to make mushroom lasagne taking up lots of space in the fridge, except the lasagne (Sainbo's helpfully substituting fresh lasagne for fresh spaghetti)
So how do I make my own lasagne?
I have flour, eggs, various food processors, but no pasta rolller machine.

Rolling pin and patience? It's only a sort of pastry after all (albeit one with very little or no fat).

Well I've made the dough (200g flour, 2 eggs) and it's having a nap. Fingers crossed it doesn't turn into a disaster later.
