Roller buffers (?)

Folks,

Not too sure the correct term but does anybody have a set of rollers that have the wee buffers on the front roller so if your stray near the edge the buffers stop you riding off the roller ?

If yes could you measure how high off the roller they sit or check where the buffers hit the wheel IE tyre or rim

I'm looking to make up a set for my rollers for peace of mind more than anything else but wondered if there was an ideal height for them, I'm going to use a old set of kiddies scooter wheels that are an ideal size, meaning they will also spin if they hit the wheel which in my head makes more sense for how these gizmo's should work.

Any help appreciated
