Don't worry, as long as it's clean by the 1st you will be fine.

Haven't been to Hurdlemakers for ages, looking forward to it.

I'm going to be on my way home from the Netherlands next Weds, so probably won't be able to make the Hurdlemakers.
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Well, if we want to go to the Hurdlemakers then that's where we should go then. Is that okay?

For those on the edges of mid-Essex, forward planning is an excellent idea as we can plan attendance when the venue is in our direction. I will therefore stick up for OD on this occasion, and request that there is a bit more encouragement in his great endeavours :-)

I think you're missing the point of this thread, it exists almost exclusively to wind up OD, certainly not heap praise on him  :o

Now you see what you've done, be afraid, be very afraid.  All you can console yourself in now is that you don't wear glasses!
Just don't let yourself get dragged in to conversations about orange trowels

Real Life has caught up with me and unfortunately I won't be out on Wednesday evening.

And the Friday Night Ride to the Pub I suggested for Friday 24th February will need to be moved as we are away.

Have fun!

That came unfortunately close to talk of an orange trowel!

As usual I should be good for Wednesday night but as usual that can change depending on loads of factors. I do intend to pick up a perm card form Tomsk though so I will be making the effort if that can work.

How about the Railway Tavern in Kelvedon for Wednesday ?

Not the widest selection of ales but it would be nice to visit after the efforts they made on Saturday.

I might even be able to persuade the landlady to find some haggis for us...

If we're heading back to the Railway Tavern then here's a proposed route for the Witham Peloton. Should be there about 8:45 if we leave the roundabout at 7:30. I'll be heading back down the A12 cycle path.

It would appear I'm talking bollox.  The FNRttP suggestion was never on the 24th February, it is 24th March, which should be fine.  As you were.
