Velotop expedition

I am looking at a  raincanopy for the azub tricon gr and the velotop seems like  the best option. It looks like a good well made product but my over worried trust fund has found some poor reviews on reddit. I am  quite aware that wind resistance will be high but 3mph dry is better than 10mph wet plus in a tailwind..........
There is also a review saying it's made up from poor miss match of components but the video on the website shows no obvious flexing or deformation.
It's not the cheapest of products but it appears it will do what I need if I can convince the trust fund.

Thoughts........

Thanks in anticipation     :)

Seems to me that there's a lot to get broken, and your trust aren't known for covering maintenance costs...
