Damn, damn, damn.

Just at the very moment I decide that the Gordy bikeshed is replete, I find a photo of this baby.

I like it too.

Sadly I already have many bikes that I don't ride much at the moment. <Sigh>

But it is lovely...

Ah, those bars bring back memories of the bike I used to ride to school on (IIRC they were called "semi-drops" way back then)

Saw this machine at the Cycle Show last year - beautiful, nostalgia on two wheels.

... and potentially dangerous to my finances as Pashley's factory is less than a mile from my house :hand:

A bit too retro-trendy for me.

A Roadster Classic, that's more my cup of cocoa. Not too dissimilar from what I rode to school on, before I was given one with drop handlebars and 5 gears.

Wow, what a bike! You'd be sad not to be attracted to it  :D
I'd prefer guards, tho - especially seeing as it's got hub brakes

But by "28 inch" wheels do they mean the old policemans bike size (635 - crap for spares) or are they really 700s given a fancy marketing name?

That Guvnor is deeply, deeply hot.  I'm loving the 531 and ti saddle!

Alas it's a lottery-win silliness, but still.  Phwoar!

I'm still waiting for the local Pashley dealer to get one in so I can have a perv.
I have seen the Phantom which is a very, very shiny bike.
Concidently (yeah, right!) my Hill Special is to be built with upside down moustache bars.  When I finally get around to putting it all together.  ::-)

Pashley make such a range, don't they?

Like this Moulton.

Personally, I think it needs drops, and she needs to be leaning further forward. Far too much weight on the saddle.

Nice.

Needs guards though ;)

No, it just needs to be ridden wearing goggles. It would need fixing though, which could be tricky with the hub brake.

Not everything, I have never even contemplated fixing either my Marin Rift Zone or my Giant OCR, but that is crying out for it.

Velorution Scorcher is cool, yes, and a little more practical perhaps than the Guv'nor.

I wonder about that shop, tho. How can a bike shop operate with no outward and visible sign of mechanics, tools, spares and similar appurtenances?  ???

New back wheel - sorted :)  I suspect that leg braking on fixed is just as effective as a rear hub brake.

Why did it never occur to me to ditch the rear brake? Having done that, it is time for a Sturmey-Archer ASC
