Pondering the large wheal on my left hip, the result of a presumed attack (I don't remember being bitten/stung, just scratching an itch and finding the lump) by some kind of Sustrans path beastie in the vicinity of Pill[1] yesterday. It's itching like a bastard, and barakta's been making concerned noises based on some invisible redness.
My plan is to take lots of antihistamine, and ignore it. If my leg falls off, I'll rethink that strategy, but not before then. I learned my lesson[2] last time.
[1] Yes, I know. I'm never going there again.
[2] As a woman under the age of about 40 I'm inherently a hysterical timewaster, so it can't possibly be infected.
