Considering if I *need* a Salsa Warbird.

Currently against it are these things:
No mudguard/rack mounts
Only takes 38s

I've been considering the same, but the orange version (of course) - decided that I'd much rather have a Fargo instead (Ti for preference, but I'd quite happily settle for the regular version, even if it isn't orange)

Summoning gumption to get ready and ride to work. It's about 7 miles, and the traffic isn't kind on the narrow lanes so it is to one's advantage to be confident t take primary and able to put the power down (FSVO that, anyway) in places.

My leg is currently slightly sore, just sitting down at the PC.

This could be interesting!

I have a commute like that - or at least, two miles or so of it are like that. It happens on a Monday.

This term, so far on all but one of the Mondays the weather has been so crap that I got the car out.

I am knackered. Got in from a second loooong night shift. Even a triple shot of coffee hasn't livened me up. I've gone to the lengths of putting the bedding in the washing machine to prevent me giving in to the temptation of going to bed. I've got too much housework I need to do today and am working again tomorrow night, sigh.

Cursing the fact that the owner of my LBS has just emailed me to let me know that he has a nice, green B17 Standard in stock which, he assures me, will look absolutely splendid on my new Genesis frame.
