Still being a paediatric and maternity nurse. I've got most of the day doing this. Son-in-law is on paternity leave but has a job interview. His parents will look after Martha and take her out for most of the day. I will continue to attend to the needs of mother and baby.

Having a break from sorting out the screw and nail storage in the garage. What did I ever need 3/8 inch woodscrews for? Or 1/2 inch panel pins? Why are the 2 inch round nails stored in five different places?

Making many, many phone calls to find out who will move the consumer unit in a council tenant's house so that she can have a stairlift fitted. People who plan to get old in a house with stairs - make sure your meters and other gubbins are not at the bottom of the stairs. Or at least buy your house and then Homeworks will do it as part of the associated works.
