Wondering what the hell my church elder, straight-laced, teetotal (Ha!) grandfather had done to get 14 days "FP No 2" (field punishment) in Baghdad in October 1918. "Conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline" apparently.

Listening to Radio 5 Live: We don't have Murdoch TV so am listening to the England v Australia match. After 12 minutes, the Aussies have woken up, but England have got a good grip of this friendly!

Snap, I was going to go into town to visit F&T and Foyles, but it's a bit late for that now, so I'll limit myself to hitching the trailer up, and doing a weekend shop in Sainsburys. I'll do the other two tomorrow.

Just about to pop out to test my new Lumicycle LED4 light. We were out last night at a friend's that live about 3 miles away. I promised their son that I would find some books he might like to read and then drop them in sometime. Now seems a great time as it is not raining and I have a new light to play with.
