Drinking the coffee I just made. Listening to KT Tunstall. Surveying the bomb site that is my living room; planning my attack on the mess. Not allowed to the gym til I've tidied it up a bit.

Having a pre-dinner whisky.  The wine has been opened to allow it to breath; dinner should be ready within an hour.  It's looking like an absolutely decadent evening.  ;D

;D  Andrij.  I pronounce you Complete and Utter GIT

We stopped at a cafe that wasn't warm enough at lunch time, so when we set off again, my feet were still frozen and I wasn't coping :(. We stopped again at a nice warm harvester and scandalised a witress by ordering pudding without a main ;D.

Just been playing this
WTF?! I mean, seriously, WTF?!
It's a well known fact that Japanese games can be a bit, erm, odd, but even under the influence of the humongous quantities of painkillers I've had to take for a back spasm, that made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Especially the polar bear(!).

Perhaps I need to take something stronger - my brain was waving the white flag after about 3 minutes.

Just answered the door to a very pleasant lady delivering a 'welcome to the community' pack from the local church.  They must keep an eye on when houses get sold and then take it upon themselves to visit the newcomers.  How awfully nice   I'm really quite tempted to pay them a visit.  But Mrs C has just reminded me that I'm not religious.  She has a point.

It's really very simple; you play a body builder whose creatine supplement is stolen by an American Football player.  You and your weightlifting buddies (including the polar bear) chase him down, matching his power poses as he crashes through walls.  Just as you catch him, he passes the creatine on to a skate-boarding alien.

Oh right ... that explains everything(!)
Given that the skateboarding alien looked a bit like Roger The Alien from "American Dad", when he first appeared I really did fear for my sanity.

Oh, those wacky Japanese ...
