Drinking a cup of coffee made with water boiled in my Kelly kettle. I've had it for years but never got round to using it. I'll be bringing it to the Not A Royal Wedding camping trip.

Sounds a bit like this should be the yacf theme tune, "zoom around on your wheels so merrily!"    ;D

Continuing the tedious hunt for non existent administrative jobs in Sheffield. Seems like as soon as they get posted they've been filled.

Off to the pub for my tea, as there's no food left in the house (except a cornflake or two), and I leave Cornwall tomorrow morning.

Enjoying being able to read a book in the dwindling daylight of the great outside without freezing my nuts off.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

the fridge was empty, so just back from dinner at the pub.  Lots of banter with the [other] locals and 3 lovely pints of wherry.

Reading 22 pages of a document, which is my contribution to a larger mission document that we're writing, and which has to have the various bits glued together tomorrow, for submission on Monday.  I've just spent most of the last two days writing this bit, and assuming I don't find any big issues tonight, I can go home shortly.  Yay!
Actually, it is rocket science.

Tesco.com just came with £170 worth of stuff to restock my empty cupboards. The driver kindly carried all the boxes into my kitchen for me so i could unload them straight into the fridge and cupboards. I am now replenished with food stocks and even more importantly wine  :smug:

Currently thinking about how I could explain yet another n+1 (a Van Nicholas Yukon fixed) to SWMBO in such a way that I don't die of terminal earache :)

(said n+1 hasn't been bought, yet, but the LBS made me an offer I'm finding it very difficult to refuse)

You could hide it at mine.  I wouldn't use it on anything longer than a 600 ;)

How would you do a Yukon fixed?  I thought the dropouts were vertical.

*leans in, interested in the answer, while attempting to affect an air of nonchalance, in case anyone notices and wants to point out that it is not, financially, a very good time to be buying a new Ti bike*

Clicky ... - the only change I'd make is fitting a Honey B17 Standard. The Swift is far too narrow for me.

Yon link didn't work, and I can't see a horizontal dropout (or track ends or EBB ) as an option ???
