George Foreman Grill
« on: 11 April, 2013, 01:36:10 am »
I just bought one for the office so I can haz more protein and fun foods and less carbs.

Anyone got any good recipes/marinade ideas for stuff? Bearing in mind the only other cooking device I have is a microwave and a kettle?

I like pesto chicken.

Slash some skinned and boned (buy 'em that way) chicken thighs, then dollop on some pesto sauce and rub it in. Leave over night in fridge and grill when hungry.

Goes very well with cous cous made with courgettes, peppers, mushrooms and cherry toms.

Om nom nom.
