On Friday I had a specialists appointment, so rather than driving the 3 miles to the 'ossie I rode, what fun that was (no sarcasm), flitting through traffic.
Then on sunday I fitted a child seat to my bike and took the little dragon for a scoot up and down our street (a very quite road), which neither me nor her wanted to end (she try to persuade me to ride down, then back up a hill though, which I drew a line at!!!)
So all in all I rediscovered that cycling can be fun, something I think I lost sight of some time last year
