The offers been going for a while so don't know how long it will continue but you'd struggle to get the light on it's own for anywhere near this price.

Got a 2013 one a few weeks back, was £70 on its own...oh well (I'm covered for batteries and charger at least). For those who might be wondering, the mark one version isn't completely outshone (pun intended) by the new one, but it is a clear step forward- three power settings instead of four, but level one on the 2013 is equivalent in intensity (but no deterioration of battery life) to level two on the old one and the beam spread is better too.

It's now down below £55 - at that price I couldn't resist buying another to go with my older one!

£53.55 paid to Wiggle for a 'back-up' Hope Vision 1 with battery pack 

(This on the same day as my 18th month old light is returned from Hope repaired FOC with new circuit board, battery holder & o-ring seal - adding +1 to legendary customer service.)

It would appear to continue until stock lasts. To check stock just enter a buy quantity of 100 and it will reduce your order to the available amount.

Currently only 2 black left but plenty red/blue/and gun smoke.

I meant how long the light lasts before the batteries ran out. Maybe a poor choice of words on my part

In that case

according to the Hope website - lumen output has increased by 35% on the 2013 version with no reduction in battery life over the original version

so quoting the burn times from the leaflet supplied with my original Hope 1

with 2700mA Ni-Mh rechargeables

Flash - not quoted
Low - 30 hrs
Med - 8.75 hrs
High - 3.75 hrs
Max 2.75 hrs

for disposable lithiums increase by run times are greater by about 25%

However there is 1 less setting on the new version - I've not found any official spec but have found this on the web and it seems in line with what Hope are saying

I've got the previous version and a Fenix LD20 so don't really need more light but might be tempted if there are some left at <£40
