It wasn't that long ago he was down my local pub signing posters and shirts etc he looked just the same then as he did in 66 - slim, neatly dressed and clean cut. Came across as a decent bloke.

Can't say off the top of my head, but there can't be that many left from the 66 team now - Charlton Bros, Geoff Hurst...I'd have to look the others up. George Cohen?

There wasn't the media-stoked hate back then - though there was some modest crowing when Scotland beat England 2-1(?) a few weeks later.
