This looks interesting but also pricey compared to trailers but maybe not in comparison to dedicated cargo bikes.

I can see why it is fitted to bikes with really wide handlebars. That'll bump steer like crazy.

That is really, really clever.
I have worries about braking though. Shortened wheelbase, weight on the front and powerful front braking? That's a recipe for an endo

a rack and panniers on the back would solve that though . but any bike could endo at low speed if the front brake is slamed on
. the lean steer will be where the cost is i suspect

not sure that $700 is a cheaper alternative to a cargo bike, seems more cost-neutral to me. Swap size for less carrying capacity.

i like the concept, but the execution will be just as important (their video shows an unrefined prototype). the low rack would be suitable for a big battery to run it as a long range e-bike.
