No.2 Son has an integrated hood in his kitchen which wasn't working. It is the type where the extractor activates when you pull a panel out like a top hinged cupboard door.
On examination, there is a microswitch on the internal housing which, if you press the switch in, the fans start running. It appears that there is something missing off the hood housing side panel.
Has anyone out there in yacf land got a similar hood where they could post a picture of the bit(s) we appear to be missing?
