Converting video files to view on a Sony Ericsson phone

I already have some software that enables me to compress and reformat video files to  enable me to view them on my PDA , or Ipod etc called DVD Catalyst.

However I wished to be able to play similar files on my phone a Sony Ericsson  C510 - is this possible?

Should be, chances are it's a .3gp format which isn't that similiar from mp4. Some phones are very picky though so see if you can find the exact spec of videos it likes. I know that my K800i used to do .3gp but only if the audio was mp3 or something and the pixel size was exact
