May Light.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday saw amazing light conditions coupled with a wider than normal array of flowers and violently green grass. I don't think we're likely to see anything like it for a while. Here's a set of 9 pictures. Guess where they are.

Hanging Knotts / Angle tarn under Bowfell? Looks like Pike O' Stickle and the Langdales in the background.

That's right. I was surprised by how much it looks like a caldera from that angle.

I was trying to get some sheep in as foreground interest, but the weekend hordes had blunted their curiosity, I did get a few shots though.
