I'm up to 54 I think. Yesterday I resorted to pulling up a list of tube stations and combing through it, and still only solved two more, with a couple suddenly springing to mind anyway. 

I've got the mouse though.

I think there's at least a couple of clues that could have plausible dual answers. It took me a while to figure out why it wasn't Highgate near the top of the page.....

That's one you probably can get - it's been on virtually every second series of ISIHAC since the beginning.

I feel I know London fairly well, but I still had to get a tube map to find a few, and check the official names - one of the answers is "wrong" in that it's no longer the name of the tube station, but everyone calls it by the old name anyway.

I'm curious which one you mean, the big one on Euston Road, just before Pentonville Road?
That one - wikipedia suggests it's not been called by the shorter name since somewhere around 1933, so perhaps I'm not being as pedantic as I thought.  ;)

I only got the bride on the hill when I started thinking about London stations I've heard of, which included running through the Monopoly squares in my head.

Bobb and I have now got all of them except the bale of hay on the hill. I did wonder if it was ox-food circus, but it's not.

With the glue one I couldn't get beyond thinking it was Crappy Rub Sniff (or more accurately Krapy Rub Snif, which is Finsbury Park backwards). OK I knew it wasn't right but it was like the equivalent of an ear worm every time I tried to think about it....

Heh. I was working at Krapy Rub Snif last night. It will always be that now. And wet. And cold.

The lady in the Little Black Dress has a large wig. And a finger in her ear. But I can't find Earwig St. Perhaps itgot swallowed up when they did the Jubilee Line extension.

I got the glue one fairly easily. Still haven't a clue about the footballer. Different minds work in different ways I guess, plus you're more likely to get ones which refer to stations  whose names you're familiar with.

What kind of cake. Where is the can, What is the gardener doing, where is the bunny, what is it half way in the ground. The drum was quite straight forward.

The can did take me a while.

Playing it on the tablet I'm getting a flag for each clue so it is simple to see where the clues are but it is not helping 
me solve them though!

It doesn't help that the answer uses the pronunciation of the spelling of the first half, and the pronunciation that is used of the second half.
