edit: hmm, have just been perusing the hmrc ref. kindly supplied. shortbread with caramel and chocolate is zero reated whereas if there's just shortbread and chocolate its a confection and so has tax on it ....Yet another example of how this government connives to give tax breaks to millionaires! Or at least their shortbread. :)
