Yep, the Darbys moved up to Coalbrookdale from Horfield in Bristol, where they had previously been instrumental in establishing a Quaker meeting house and had been involved in... I have to confess I've forgotten what industry, but I think it could have been brass works.

They made brass kitchenware Incidentally, later the family refused to allow the Coalbrookdale works to make cannon for the Napoleonic wars.

Yesterday, I bought 20 cream eggs for £1.  :thumbsup:

OK, the sell by date was Feb 2011, but if Cadbury's think it's safe to sell in their workers shop they must be OK, right?

Oh hang on.  Is this their plan to sort out their pension deficit?  :o

Anyway, I might have 2 or three left.  :)
