That looks very much like just north of the roundabout on Cromwell Road Whitstable, just before the snicket which takes you under the railway line behind the houses on the left of the photo..
If it is, then I can confirm it has been resurfaced and is a vast improvement to the retina-detaching pot-hole fest it was before.
