He was good in Party Animals.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

She was rather gorgeous. She could steal my treasures any day.
It is simpler than it looks.

Hell yeah.  The Boblbee backpack with an entrenching tool, hand axe and climbing kit is way cool.  She's Ace for the twenty first century and I'm loving her style.

Nice sound proofing on that bus, not even one case of rubber necking at all those sirens that were blaring after them.  ;D

I was actually quite taken aback that they didn't mention Lara Croft by name in the "Dr Who Confidential" afterwards.  It was all about the damage sustained by the bus in transit to Dubai, making sure that the sand didn't have footprints in, and generally feeling very smug about getting Lee Evans.

I didn't understand why they were so smug about getting him, he's awful!

The only good part he has ever played was being one of those 'flying monkeys' in The Wizard of Oz.

Nice to see the old days of budget special effects and card board scenery are still going strong: making a bus fly by applying cheapo Halfords gear-pullers to the wheels!

Isn't it normally Cardiff mocked up to look like London?  Even worse.

The Cybermen even refused to invade all the capital until they'd had a go on the London Eye.

Often Caerleon, though the werewolf/Queen Vic one was filmed at a fortified farm you can see from our gate

I quite liked him in the Fifth Element. He looked such a prat, I couldn't help being amused.

I thought Lee Evans was OK in this but the overall story was shite. Micro/Bionic Mo was awful as was the Tombraider slant.

Mind you, the 'fly men' in boiler suits was a glorious hat-tilt to Who of the 70s. Perhaps that was their intention?

Possibly not.

Pretty much my thoughts - I liked the Lee Evans character (I hadn't realised it was him, 'cos normally I dislike him on principle) who was a wonderful send-up of fanboys everywhere, but the Lara Croft character was annoying, cliched, and Just Not Angelina Jolie.  >:(

And of course, it was London and UNIT again, and UNIT are dull. The trailer for the next episode looked more promising.  :)
